 Shipping Information

• For your convenience, we offer free delivery for all orders over $249
• Orders below $249 will incur a delivery fee of $12.50
• Australia Post is our preferred carrier but depending on the size of the goods and your location, we may use our other carriers
• We will ship each order to one nominated Shipping Address only
• All orders will be processed once money is received
• All orders will be processed on the next business day
  

 

Delivery Information

• Shipping advices will be emailed through to you with your unique connote number (tracking ID) which you can use to track your order online at  http://auspost.com.au/track or http://www.tntexpress.com.au/interaction/trackntrace.aspx.
• All orders must be signed upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card and make the consignment available for collection from a nearby Australia Post outlet. Our other carriers may leave a card for you to call them to setup a new delivery time.
• We do not deliver outside Australia.
• We do not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
